The bottom shows an even deadrise. Is this supposed to be a planing hull?

Yeah it looks like the deadrise is even but ther is some small redunction - it is supposed to plane at +35kn.

I like it .It look different. It's fast. This boat with waterjet , high speed, and bow stem will have problem with bow steer?

The profile would lend itself easily for a large Catamaran and I am sure Designers in this field would appreciate this design.

I'm designing a new exiting boat at this moment and hope that I can soon bring it to this forum.
