Evening,
just a quick update on my boat all frames are glassed in the 200lt fuel tank is in it's own compartment with the hoses I used the Trident brand of hose as it's supposed to a good quality brand. over the next 2 afternoons I will have all the floation foam in place . i'am using a polyethylene closed cell type of foam it comes in 8ftx4ft sheets and meets all survey requirements for commercial fishing boats over here, toatally resistant to water, fuel oil and has a good fire rating supposed to out last the life of the boat even if submerged in water. Then it's on with the deck ,I was hoping to be a bit further along build wise but I slipped and fell out over the bow sort of slowed me up for a while, anyway with a bit of luck i wiil have some more pictures in a couple of days Gary |
