Hum...those "u" shaped forms are the lofts for the gunwhale and forward deck mold...OK. So, take them off and lay up your part. They have to come off to layup the hull, right. OK.....direct placement makes for a perfect fit. WOW, lots of work......Need CNC....

What kind of chopper gun did ya, get?

Right. The cap mold came off in 4 pieces (2 for gunwhale and 2 for foredeck) and the lay-up will be a piece of cake. Like everything, it'll make simple sense on the next series of pics.
