An interesting spin on the double outrigger concept (trimarans have full buoyancy floats and are a complete Euro-American invention). Let's just hope the crossbeams don't get stuck on one side. If reliable enough this takes care of one of the biggest disadvantages of a double outrigger, excessive Beam.

Presumably this is a harbor boat, as I see it's set up for excursion seating.
