| want to build a Carolina Custom? I can help. I've spent 8 years working for boat builders on Harkers Island building plank over frame sportfish boats. I (cut out) or framed 6 boats for a local Harkers Island builder, from 24' to 44'. I'm currently finishing a 24' hull and will start a 46' express soon I'll help the owner cut out and set up the frames and consult with him until he finishes the boat himself.
