Ok, i assume you guys who are using the raptor nails for strip planking are using the coil nailers, so what brands/models are you using and do you have any problems.I ask this because their website offers many different choices and in my experience not all guns are created equal with regards to jamming etc.
Thanks in advance,Steve.

As I said...if you are going to use staples...use their gun. If you use nails most will work as good as they do with metal nails. Maybe it'll make a difference in harder woods with other guns, but I haven't experienced a problem.

We are using mainly Hitachi NR 90 series for staples NV 50 coil series for nails, and some Novus 328 for size C staples in tricky locations. No Problem whith both brands, especially Hitachi is worth the penny (from € 700 on).

I'm new here, but am loving what I've seen today.

I also appreciate the importance of glue over the fasteners in this application, but if anyone is interested in stainless or SiBr for the guns, here are a few sites that I have dealt w/.
