Propulsor ?

Hi!
I've just bought an old 7.5m long wooden boat. I've made new cabine and put in new engine WV 1.9 70 Hp.
My speed is around 7.5 Kt which I expected. Next Year I'm gonna make "spoiler wing" behind the boat and I'm thinking or an propulsor (kind of pipe around propeller) Can someone tell me where can I get informations about propulsors of that kind?
Thanks
Greetings from Croatia
