Project Brockway Skiff

new to the forum. just aquired a brockway 12 for my nephew. sanding is not a problem. what type of paint should be used and what steps do i take in painting. also, can an xtra layer of plywood be added to the bottom? and what should be used on bottom if boat is staying water? thanks, jim pics http://www.nbssportfishing.com/vBfor...ay-skiff-8675/
