| responding No, I have not had 4 people out. However before I decked her over I took her out with 1000 lbs of concrete blocks in it. Did well- just below her painted waterline. |

| Very nice work, and what a job to have spending the day building these boats I am so jealous. I know the work that goes into these builds and can see its more about the boat than making $$$$. Hope it all works out well for you best of luck. "Any tips on where to get cheep windshield brackets" they seem to have gone up in price over the last few years its as if they are made of gold. Maybe I should start making them instead of boats and sell them on ebay.  |

| window brackets No such thing as cheap ones. Mine are cast from the original CC molds and supplied as bronze. They still have to be chromed making your investment near $500. Good luck |

| I see in your construction details that you coat both sides and bottom with 10 ounce E cloth, can you get a bright finish with 10oz or will you see the cloth through the epoxy. I am just about to coat mine but was thinking of using 6oz on the bottom and 4oz on the sides to get a clear view of the mahogany. Any tips would be great,THANKS

| you caught me!! My mistake- the bottom has 10 ounce E glass- but is then heavily faired with epoxy and microbaloons to give a slick finish. The mahogany sides get 6 ounce E glass- and that is just about invisable under varnish- or in my case, I use automotive clear coat. |
