Lapstrake assistance desired

I have a 25' Lapstrake that I have been told needs 3 new eight foot planks becuase the edges are rotting. The regular marina wants thousands which seems very high to replace 3 planks.

Anyone in the Seattle area with verifiable experience that can take a look and either verify what is needed and or give me a reasonable quote (and if so is available to start soon)?

Please e-mail with experience and contact number.

Thanks
