Lap Strake Nuts, CC Skiffs

Hey All,

Anyone out there have a clue where I can get replacement silicon
bronz nuts that go on the inside of a CC Sea Skiff.

These are the nuts that are square in shape and lock into the inner lap with machine screws comming in from the outside, thread looks like a 10-32 or maybe a 1/4 - 24.

You say they are square in shape? Jamestown Distributors sells Silicon Bronze hardware.

Click on Fasteners, and then click on hex nuts, and then it will ask you for the type, and then click on silicon bronze.

This link should come up:

One quick question, if the nuts are bad, then it maybe that the machine screws are also bad.?

I have fixed those boats with hex nuts. You need a helper on the inside. If you can find a supplier for the original style, I'll like to know.
