Finally started construction on my 20 foot motor cruiser

Gday everyone,
Well I have finally started work on my 20 foot motor cruiser began the task of sawing the oregan and hardwood for the keel, apron ect.
I have attached a few piccies to show everyone any input comes much appreciated as it is the first boat build I have ever done.
