Cracks in the hull

Hi,

How do i go about these cracks?
Do i have to soak the boat in water and how do i go about that?
i wanna use a one component varnish.
Will it react with certain products?
How do i stain the hull? do i use primer or just straight on the bare wood?
And how do i get those grey blueish stains out of the floor?

thanx,
M
