what prop size do i need?

hello everyone,
can any one tell me what prop size i should have?
my brother has a 26ft searay 1.5 ton, 19ft on water line powered by a 315hp yanmar with a direct drive zf marine box
it has a fixed surface drive "lancing marine" he has tried 19x23 hamble prop but cant get on the plane.

definetly overpropped. Your current prop is way too big. Should be something closer to 15X18.
