Volvo DP-S Out Drive
Attempting to regear the drive from 1.78 to possibly 1.95 or 2.30 due to altitude but the more I investigate getting several answers ! been told I only need to regear the bottom end is that right

yes this true, the volvo sx drives change gear ratios in both the upper and lower gearcases some lower cases can be mounted to multiple upper gearcases just to gear ratios
