| noise in lower unit omc cobra I have a clicking/ roaring noise coming from the lower unit when you turn the prop by hand in neutral. I tore the unit down and it looks like the prop shaft is rubbing on the forward gear. I don't see any way of shimming this apart. I was going to change the thrust washers in the unit to see if it would give me some clearance I don't know if it will help any suggestion will be greatly appreciated. |
