Mercruiser 3.0 water inlet hose connector help

i just bought Bayliner capri 175 with above engine sterndrive and inboard. I went to water and boat filled up with water. I came back to dock and found that there are two blue disconnected hoses which suppose to go some where in cooling system for in/out water link. I called the guy i bought from and he said tat he disconnected for winterization purpose so water doesn't freez un in those hoses. Now i can not find where it supposed to be connected back. I checked engine block nearby those hanging hoses but could not find. Also no indication in boat manual. can some one please help or send me the diagram so i can be able to to to try my new boat this weekend? I will apprecaite response.
