Help required with Yanmar ZT350

Hi. Am considering buying Yanmar's 6BY2-220 with the yanmar ZT350 stern drive. I believe yanmar launched this stren drive in 2008. I don't seem to hear much about it, good or bad. Does anyone out there have any comment on the engine and stern drive. Welcome any comment.

the engine is loud, consumption is bad, stern drive 350 is out of production, because it was all thrue bad product. they changed provider for stern drive and now they call it zt 370.
