help help.....newbie

I just bought my first boat. It needs some fixing up but actually is in pretty good condition. It has like 190 hours on it....I dont know if that is a lot or not....It is a 1971 Larson 16' with a I/O GM 4 cylinder engine which I was told to be 140 hp but on my title doesn't say anywhere. If anyone can help me get this baby running well and give me some pointer as to what I can do with it to make it a nice tubing/skiing boat I sure would appreciate it. It has been sitting for about 7 years and needs the gas tank drained and cleaned up but the engine when jumped with cables turned over very nicely.
