Differences between Mercruiser 160 / 165

Hello:
Okay all you Mercruiser guys out there. I need to know the differences between the 160 HP inline 6 and the 165 HP inline 6. I picked up a 160 for parts for my 165 but the 160 is in way better condition. What I need to know is are there any differences that would prevent me from swapping out my 165 for the 160?
Also what is different between the two internally? Where does the additional 5 HP come from?
Thanks.
