Caudwell Marine

http://www.caudwellmarine.com/

We are in the designstage for a 9 Rib with stepped hull. And we have plans for the Caudwell diesel.

We will design the boats transom for Caudwell.

The attached pic is on a Renegade 1020 and it is the petrol V6

Nice looking RIB. Not familiar with the caudwell. Is the drive original or an adaptation?

Thanks KR9. I should have followed the link to http://www.caudwellmarine.com/ before posting too. I have never seen one of these new stern drives. Neat.

The axis drive concept is well worth looking at http://www.caudwellmarine.com/pages/799684675/axis.asp

The Diesel engine is the same as they use in the Jaguar XF 3,0 Tdi and also the Land Rover 3,0 Tdi.

I think Usa still looking for petrol engines, but in Europe the diesel is the melody.

And the petrol engine is the same as they have in the Infinity and Nissan, with a few modifications.

Caudwell will not be biggest company, but if their products works well i think they can take a piece of the hole cake....

The animation in the first post does a good job showing the movement of the drive and the mounting of the engine.

Bold to devise a new drive that requires a transom designed only for it.

Is there a USA and Canada distribution and service network for these?
