IMS Stability Index

I have noticed reference to IMS stability index in several recent articles. Could someone please explain how it is determined. Is this the benchmark index for stability or just one of many available?

Thanks
Kneedeep

It's one of the many available. I think you'll find the explanation in the attached document.
