foam in seats

how much foam should i put in the seats of a 14ft jon boat and what kind

I hate to say this but it depends. It's based on the weight of the boat, the maximum weight and persons capacity, and the size of the outboard. Frankly a production jon boat should already have built in flotation. If you are building this yourself then go to the following links.
