Didn't know there was a standard for that.
A closest relevant ISO standard which comes to my mind might be the ISO 11591 - Field of Vision From Helm Position.

I don't think there is a standard because dynamic trim is dependent on a lot of variables, the hull shape, diehedral, Longitudinal CG, and more. Really, it depends on the hull design.

I agree with the posts do far. There is very little in the way of standards, and we need
more information from you, Dina.

I think that the best you can do is to read:
The Specialist Committee on High-Speed Craft,
Final Report and Recommendations,
Proceedings of the 26th ITTC, Vol I.
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, 28 Aug. - 3 Sept. 2011.

Units, please?
Dina, if you need a help, you should help those who are willing to help you. Please provide more data about your boat - length, displacement, propulsion type, hull type, deadrise etc. What kind of dynamic stability are you concerned about - longitudinal, lateral or something else?
