BonJean and Floodable Length Curve. Stability

Help I'm a 5th year Student and i'm about to make my thesis and i decided to design a passenger ship. And i need help regarding on Floodable Length And Bonjean Calculations. What do i need to make those stability i have exceels but don't know how to use them. Cause my co classmates said i need some formulas inorder for me to calculate the Bonjean and floodable please help if you have a book on PDF file can you please send it to me?.. Here's my email
