Workshop manager in Thailand

We are a 6 years old Shipyard building fiberglass composite boat, mainly multihulls. Our workforce is of 60 people.
Looking for a workshop manager with good management skill. At least 5 years experience in the yacht business with references. A degree in a technical field is a plus as well as a skill for languages. Fluent in french would be a real plus but not compulsory.

The position is also open for qualified technicien having worked in the boat building industry, bareboat charter, megayachts for more than 6 years, who has a strong motivation, willing to take the challenge, must though have mangement quality to succeed.

- he will be in charge of organizing work teams
- quality control
- respect of design and process emitted by our design department

you people are all the same , what use is a degree, you want a man wish hands on experience, of building and leading
Same in the WEST first thing they looik for is someone under 35 with a flash haircut and boardshorts

Lazy --I take it then that you do not have a degree,- a flash haircut or board shorts.

Niether do I but I can live with it.

Personally --if i was going to employ someone I would say that a degree was not necessary infact--- without prefered.

Ive met people with "engineering" degrees ?????? Could'nt even fix his own car.

J'ai pris recement contact avec vous ,et ce partant d'une autre piste ,à savoir
via la ccif en thailand.
Votre recherche est elle toujours d' actualitée ou avez vous deja troivre la personne qualifiée pour le poste à pourvoi?

What is going on ? as senior in boat building ,I am looking for a new position as production manager or technical manager in France,Europe and over seas. I am still working for a french shipyard /one-off division(cnb/Beneteau group),in charge of hull/deck/structures/and more/...Last experiences are74'Magan/82'Castro/117'Briand/105'Briand/100'Lucas-Brenta/Luxuy sailing yachts (2 of then get an award of ISS) I have a full understanding of infusion process.As this message can't be a cv, I have to stop here but as a passionned one,I should have to continue for to much long time.Please receive my cv on your e-mail box.
