Work Boats for Qatar

My employer , in Qatar, is in urgent need of two work boats with following description:

Role : Pulling, Pushing, Mooring, Towing, Fire Fighting and General
Assistance in harbour.

Speed : about 10 knots

Bollard Pull : not less than 12 t

Length : about 20 m

I shall appreciate to receive your response whether you can supply new boats. If yes, please provide Outline Specifications and Price mentioning delivery period.
