Excuse me sir but you look like you are phishing for emails. I would recommend to anyone replying that they not use their main email... make a yahoo or hotmail one specifically for the enquiry. That way you can drop it if needs be :D

At the Shanghai Boat Show, the year before last, there was a display of a new yard, they were recruiting for workers, the idiot there told me they were going to produce 1700 boats a year.... just burst out laughing at him and said, mate, even if you could, and you can't, who would but the crap.
    NO ONE! The yard folded.......

trouble is, most Chinese would not know the pointy end from the blunt end, they simply do not have any vocational training at school, it is all academic, so the have thousands of degreed accountants, all plugging in the numbers of how many workers can build how many boats in 0.653 seconds, multiplied by 365 days and we now how many boats we can build.

problems arise when they find out they have no idea of how to go about it, but never mind, we will just get new managers in, the old one was no good...

and so the middel east has a monopoly on boat building ?,,,,,,,,lets see ,,chinese junks ..been around forever.......,,In all fairness,,,,ten years ago ,,pakistan and India were at the same place china is now,,,,looking for tecks and experiance,,,,,if ya want a good boat ,build it yourself ,,if ya want a cheap boat ,,go to the lowest bidder ,,like nasa ,,when they build a space shuttle.....I am not a china fan ,,but I will at least say this ,,they want to work,,,and they are hungry ,,if you slack off ,they will take your work,,longliner

    Yes Sorry Aim
What is your role in this and what can you offer?
I suggest you look at profiles and some gallerys,
If you want project managers, teachers, what do you offer
We all know there is opportunity in China, but are you there?

Maybe you need to work on the credibility angle? After all you are trying to attract people and posting in such an unbusiness like fashion is not going to do that. It really seems the locals doubt your sincerity, maybe a real business domain name, a web site or a company name might help your cause.
