Want to know about the company before joining!!!

Hi all,
Does any one know any site from where I can get the information about the employer of a particular company? Where I can know about the working culture of a particular company? And what will be the future aspects? If you people know any site so, let me know. Any help from you people will be precious for me.

Try variations of the person/company name in a search.
Sometimes the email extension is a guide

If they do not give a website address it should tell you something about them to start with.

It depends on the company, if it is small, the information may be limited. Sometimes a google search will bring back some types of user rating. Otherwise, if it is a larger company, especially if it is incorporated or publicly traded the information should be readily available. I searched that kind of info all the time when i worked in the law office, and its never surprising to see what kind of info there is out there.
