great idea guys but tell me...a web recruiter dedicated to the building/construction industry that doesn't have a maritime experienced staff member, afiliation with any main stream maritme industry body or marine dedicated listing is going to find jobs for us marine industry staff by attracting vacancy placements from the marine industry....oh I get it, its NZ and .. Gandolf is working for you...wow
