Skilled Laminator Wanted

Looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience in all forms of open molding construction, hand lay-up, spray lay-up, strong consistant gel coating skills and chopper gun skills (including maintenance and repair of systems, that would be a huge plus)
Experience in cored construction a must, as well as vacuum bagging experience.
We are looking to hire a crew leader, capable of running a 4-5 person team, strong communication, organization and training skills are a must as well.
