| Possible forum rules for recruiters Perhaps its time the moderators established a rule for semi pro or pro recruiter posts offering employment. 99% of the recruiters posting are either part timers or kitchen recruiters trying to make income by free recruiting on forums. If they want to avoid the costs of professional advertizing then they should be obligated to reveal all the employers details and history. Asking people to send their CV so that you can present to an unknown recipient is not acceptable. If the recruiter wants control then pay for an advert or in respect of our industry be transparent if you want to profit by our skills. |
