| we have 160 locals now, many of whom are great and learning quickly. With new contracts we need to employ more, organizational skills and dealing with our costomers who are all overseas is not one of the locals stong points however. We require our overseas staff not only to train the locals but also to act as an interface between the shopfloor, office and customer.
