Part time fiberglass layup person needed FL

I need someone that can hand lay fiberglass and operate a chop gun to assist make my airboat hulls. My current guy is very good but fails to show up most of the time. Quality is a must. A couple of eight to ten hour days per month needed for now and I hope to grow as production increases. Cash paid to independent contractor who has own safety equipment for use around polyester resin and MEK.
