Independently review, assess and resolve technical issues. Perform ship and ship system design reviews, tradeoff studies, engineering analyses, and other technical and programmatic functions as required. Qualifications: 1. B.S. in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture 2. 5-10 years experience 3. Familiarization with USCG/ABS regulations 4.
