I am an Industrial Designer with seven years experience in the Marine Industry. I have also worked on product design and automotive projects. I have had the opportunity to design Yacht interiors on vessels ranging from 27 feet through to 50 metres. I have worked with several well known yacht designers and naval architects from various parts of the world over the years. I am currently interested in offering my design services to yards, other designers or naval architects. I have my own CAD and graphics programs and am happy to discuss projects that may include interior design or exterior styling. I am Bilingual English-Spanish, and also speak Italian fluently. I have good hand drawing and computer skills, am keen and work hard.

We immediately require a certified Yacht Designer willing and able to relocate on a permanent basis to China.
He or she will be well versed and competent in all aspects of Naval Architecture and Yacht Styling, and will be supported by a team of marine engineers and CAD draughts people. You will work under the direct supervision of the General Manager. You and your support team will produce detailed shop drawings and CNC Nesting files, etc., later to be submitted to the shipyard.
To round out our new design team, to assist the Yacht Designer described above, we further require an additional 6-8 CAD people, and in some instances are willing to consider relative new comers to the yacht design industry, or recent graduates possessing exceptional abilities.
Preference will be given to design bilingual candidates, who are able to make accurate notations to their drawings in Mandarin as well as English.
This is an exiting and solid career opportunity for the right people. The candidates will be able to produce drawings, 2D and 3D CAD work that will be drawn to industry standard, presented to and approved by the Classification Societies (eg., Lloyds).
