finishing

hello.
i ve a problem with finishing of my FRP component.after primerapplication again for topcoat i vw to sand the surface with240 grit paper. but at edges the primer is reoved completly and again i ve to go 4 touch up..can any one give solution

i am doing PU finish over my component
