duo-prop shaft design

What I think I need is a marine engineer to talk to about helping me complete my duo-prop for shaft driven boats design.I have the drawings on it, but only have a couple of problems that I need engineering/technical assistance with. Anyone with the skill and time to talk about it will be greatly appreciated,(maybe we can do business together?) I would like to patent my design but do not know the process. Willing to talk to anyone about helping me finishing up my design and getting it into production.
