| Commercial Manager Qualified individuals should have a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Cost Accounting. Should be commercially oriented with 15+ years professional experience as a Construction Manager/Contract Manager/Quantity Surveyor specializing in Interior Decoration of Super/Mega Yachts/Palaces/5-Star Hotels. This individual will manage all project activities from inception to completion. -will manage the Tender Dept. and coordinates to produce estimates, budgets, and bills of materials through a team of Estimators and Quantity Surveyors. -manages and coordinates shop drawings, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery, and the on-site installation. -submits monthly reports on matters relating to project tracking, procurement and progress, and identify problem areas and recommend solutions for site progress. -responsible for tracking, supervision and steering of company projects through the Project Manager for successful, timely completion. Overseas location. Compensation Pkg. commensurate with skills and experience. |
