Asian based CAD/3D draftsman looking for outsourcing work

Looking for outsourcing projects in drafting/3D or CAD work, over 15 years experience as a time served boat builder working on a hands on position right through to projects/production management position on boats up to 105ft, 7 years of experience in 3d/cad/drafting/illustration and cost/man-hour calculating. Fully experienced in making workshop drawings from designer drawings in production/one-off and plug and mold drawings in 2d or easy to follow step by step 3d drawings calculating cost/time frame and material selection as well as setting up CNC files and nesting panels for minimum material usage and clearly marked, precision aligned interlocking frames and panels for minimum movement and minimum errors.
Having finally some time on my hands I would be interested in any types of projects however small they maybe, my experience comes from building boats and then learning and using CAD and 3D based on my experience as a boat builder and not a classroom/bedroom 3d wiz kid making flashy drawing that don’t work on the workshop floor.
