3d real time walkthrough modelling

I can make walkthrough 3d model of yours projects for evident representation. You can walk on such model in any direction, rotate model around of the centre, zoom in-out, is possible to include interactive elements, sound, video etc. I also can simulate real-time small sea walk on virtual controlled model. Quality will not worse than FARCRY game.
All that is necessary for me for this purpose is only drawings or pictures with sizes .
