Windex 92 - Any good ?

Hi,

Just come across a reference to an private sale of a Windex 92 (30' sloop) and have not been able to find out anything much about it. It has a lifting keel (centreboard) and either has a glass hull with glass/balsa topsides or is all glass/balsa construction (don't know which yet).

It was appareantly designed by one SO Ridder whoever s/he might be...

Does anyone know anything about these boats and how good they are ?

Thanks in advance,

Boo2

"Windex" is the brand name of a popular glass cleaner in the US, a fact that has attracted the punsters :-)

Cheers,

Earl

And a popular wind indicator: http://www.davisnet.com/marine/products/wind.asp

And since I've never heard of the Windex 92 I looked it up-learn something new every day:

Come on Fanie ... you know PDF brochures are used to convince the ladies they'll enjoy sailing.
