It is a large 13 Mb pdf file, so I cannot attach it here. I think it is exactly what you want.
Thanks Dionysis, but I think the thanks should go to the HISWA people for making these papers available.
Anyway, I think paper no. 3 from 1996 The Bare Hull Resistance of the Delft Systematic Yacht Hull Series is more likely to fill Grobs needs.
