A Tribute to....

Hi everyone

I visited this site for quite awhile as a guest before registering in October last year.
In this time I gained a lot of knowledge and some of the members broaden my horizons to some of the topics I posted. I also made some good friends along the way. Thanks to you all.

However, it would not be fair to others if I have to pick a member, that to my mind, excells in all aspects of topic postings and replies. But I am going to kick a hornet's nest and name my man.

I do not know where he gets his information from when posting replies, but it is always well researched and spot on. He has a very wide field of knowlegde, even replying in strange languages to others. Physics and all things experimental is no stranger to him. He must have a massive archive or is a walking encyclopedia. He even finds photo's to reply to others photo's.
His replies are always courteous, professional and informative, even to the lesser liked one.
And to top it all, he is also a great sailor to boot.

Look at the rate of daily replies he presented, not many to equal that with the quality of info presented. It look like he he made it his business (burden) to be helpful to others and share his vast knowledge. I just cannot work it out how he can type that much so fast.....

D'ARTIOS, I salute you. You are the amazing guy - keep it up
