I hope youy all don't mind this photo stuck in here, it's one of Franks friends looking at someone shooting a full moon in broad daylight, the girl is puking in the cockpit and the fellow with the hat on is wondering if it's microwavable.

That was a nice moon, was that a Zodiac on the fordeck of the TP, or his "fluffy" fordeck person, I was laughing so hard it was difficult to see with the tears in my eyes!

In this photo, I used my coloring book to smear the background and make it look like the boat is going fast.

If you stop posting, this matter will be dropped. If you choose to continue your current destructive course of behaviour then let me be very clear I will pursue legal action against you.

In case you are unclear as to the legal grounds:
Defamation is: An act of communication that causes someone to be shamed, ridiculed, held in contempt, lowered in the estimation of the community, or to lose employment status or earnings or otherwise suffer a damaged reputation. Such defamation is couched in 'defamatory language'. Libel and slander are defamation.

The elements that must be proved to establish defamation are: (1) A publication to one other than the person defamed; (2) of a false statement of fact; (3) which is understood as being of and concerning the plaintiff; and (4) which is understood in such a way as to tend to harm the reputation of plaintiff.

You have made accusations. It is now time to see those accusations have their day in court. You are not acting in the capacity of a board member and you do not have board of directors insurance on which to fall back. You have crossed a line that has consequences.

As for your using government resources to defame people. I am reporting this to the attorney general for the state of washington. We will ask for an AGO opinion about the use of government resources by a contractor to defam people. We will also ask for the AGO opinion on whether the state should be paying for hours billed while you spend your time on the Internet. I do hope you have it in writing in your contract that you can abuse your use of the Internet while on government networks because we are going to find out the hard way now.
What a small world we live in,huh.

The site it was pulled from is so small, it only takes a few views to stiffle the bandwidth.

I've been wondering about HWSNBN since the Tripp Guy arrived. I don't really care about the Mac 26's, if he likes it and uses the boat even if he never sails, no big deal to me. I've concluded that HWSNBN is just a very mean person.

Frank, this new handle is not becoming. Something is wrong with who you are, your personallity. Maybe you are one of those "borderline" personalities that just don't understand, can't relate, and have no empathy. Only Frank could put a smile at the end of that comment, only Frank would have a comment to return to Tripp Guy.

Mean? Nyah. He's a pussycat. Doesn't even seem to be able to look people in the eye.

Distorted? Now THAT's more like it.

I gotta tell you boys and girl, last night was so amazing.
I was down at the guest dock and noticed that there were two sailboats tied up at the outside dock that were identical, yep, absolute twins, one was blue and the other was white, tied up, side by side.
I had to ask the dock security what the deal was with twin boats like this, he said that it happens all the time here, a TP47 and a Mac 26x are offen confused, but the white one it the Mac 26 and the blue one is a Tripp/TP 47. They are so close to being twins untill you get up close and notic one is slightly shorter, but other than that, they are vertualy the same.

There you are!! Proof that the m26x is an ocean racing boat!!!! So when are they going to lower the mac's rating to 15?

The rating is in support of slower boats that were designed several years ago like the 7.9 and J 24's

One way to tell a TP 47 from a Mac 26 when on the open seas is that the TP 47 has a fordeck person that resembls an over inflated life raft!
