Hello Johnny,
Ta Shing has a good reputation and Pieter Beeldsnijder is a well known designer so I dont see any negative aspects. Just a old speech I recollect (take it with a grain of salt). The bluewater community says 50% of the circumnavigating boats are made of metal, the rest are American.
But that would fit too.
And I guess you know this website?

Richard

I thought Ta Yang, a yard south of Kaohsiung, built the Tayana 55 in 1988
