| Starlight 46 /CR 470 any opinion or information? Hello, I found this forum recently and hope that someone can provide his/her opinion or information about the following:. In the process of buying a boat and I came up with the Swedish CR 470. However, there is not much information about it on the producers website (http://www.cryachts.se/DesktopDefault.aspx?tabid=32), most is found in this PBO article mentiond there. Seems it derives from the former Stephen Jones design Bowman/Starlight 46. If a boat gets longer, 2,5 tones lighter, center of gravity lower and sail area increased, - what´s left form the original designers ideas and calculations? There should be two Starlights 46 and several CR 470 swimming around, does by chance anybody know about any experience with it? The technical data: Loa 14,58 m Lwl 12,76 m Beam 4,48 m Draft 2,22 / 1,90 m Keelw. 5,71 t Disp. 13,5 t Saila. 154 m2 Water 700 l Fuel 300 l Septik front 54 l Septik aft 60 l thank you, kwb1312 |
