Star class performance graph

Hello all,

I'm working on modelisation of a Star class boat in order to import and play it in Virtual Skipper 4 game.

But i don't know the performances of this boat. So, i'm looking for the polar performance graphs but it's hard to find because these boats have generally no speedometer.

Can somebody help me to find this ?

What you're looking for is a "polar diagram". Maybe someone at the star class website on the message boards might have one

you mentioned that they're hard to find because they have no speedometer. I believe most polars are made using a velocity prediction program, which wouldn't be around when it was first designed. You might want to check with builders (Folli, Mader, Lillia), or sailmakers.
