Dont give up so easily. I should thank you very much for raising this point. The discovery of the E-Ship launch is a highlight in my study of Rotors. I wouldnt have found it if you hadnt started the thread.

The other day I was reading a boat plan that had been developed for a guy who delivered firewood to a whole bunch of small islands with holiday homes on them.

Maybe the Freight Brokers cant help with potential markets because they dont know all the thousands of fringe services out there. I bet the people supplying fringe services arnt going to tell either.

The problem does have to be tackled from a business point of view though - too much money for a hobby for most people.

use hydrogen and oxygen for propellant! then it's just water. nasa drew up ideas for using such a system to get cargo into orbit. called it 'the ice gun'. really neat idea, bury it in the antarctic cap(since it's just getting thicker, hey!) and use the water to make your fuel. neat idea.
