New Foiling International 14's

Just found out that the revolution in hydrofoil dinghies continues. At least one of two new I14's has sailed on a wand controlled hydrofoil system pioneered for monohulls by John Ilett. This system is the same basic system that just won the Euro's in the Moth class.
It is the first time a two foil, wand controlled foil system has been used on a two person dinghy to the best of my knowledge.
Pioneering work was done by David Lugg who flew a 14 using a manual altitude control system(see monofoiler.com "Other Foiled Sailboats")
